It's hot and muggy today, I think it's going to rain! This is the tiny pocket garden I was telling you about. I came across it on a walk around the neighbourhood. Community gardens are supposed to provide a haven of green in the city and foster community spirit. It reminds me a little bit of Mona Vale, it even has a pair of tree ferns. The local train runs over the arch (you can see it in the mosaic, too!).
Just finished Jodi Picoult's book 'Plain Truth'. She is such a gifted writer. Anna from NP lent me 'My Sister's Keeper' once and I've been hooked ever since. Alix says that she's seen a fox in the backyard before. I will have to keep my eyes open for them...
