It was a grey rainy day when I went to the National Gallery to see the Close Examination: Fakes, Mistakes and Discoveries exhibition, which was very interesting. I had to smile when I saw what was on top of the 4th plinth on this occasion. Doesn't it look lovely and whimsical?
