One of the things that I'm enjoying about being back in Britain is the wonderful display of summer wildflowers. I think that roses and wildflowers (especially poppy seed heads) are some of my favourites... an abundance of these were in bloom on Holy Island when we visited Lindisfarne Priory. There are still some hot days - yesterday was a stunner - but you can feel that the height of summer has come and gone.
Dave has some great photos coming up, still experimenting with HDR images. He's been busy at work so I'll have to entertain you in the meantime! As for me, I'm still looking at jobs but there seems to be more possibility for physiotherapy work here than in New Zealand.
