The far side is quite impressive, a little like the Giant's Causeway, we thought!
Further around, we returned to Sandfly Bay for some more wildlife spotting.
There were still some seals around, although the surf was very rough. We picked our way around them and the rocks carefully.
Yawn!
There was a family of sealions basking on the beach, too.
Here is Dave's 'Wildlife Photographer of the Year' style shot of one of the fur seals (there is an entry of a bear in similar silhouette in one of the previous years). I like it how the shape of the seal is repeated in the shape of the rocks behind.
It wasn't as hard to climb back up the sand dunes this time - though we all felt that we'd earned a good lunch!
