Reykjavik 'Wildlife'

A trip to Reykjavik zoo was a lovely experience, to see some of the native (actually mostly imported!) Icelandic animals.

Reindeer...

Mink...

Arctic fox...



Not quite sure why one was brown and one white at the same time of year. The whiter one is definitely cuter!

Icelandic ponies...

Which were very friendly!


And a quick trip to the aquarium when it rained...

And these guys just couldn't resist saying hello...

Thanks for posting Dave! The little white guy looks so cute. He was by far my favourite to visit, so friendly and playful. He was rolling rocks around with his front paws right in front of the fence and making barking noises to say hello (I think!) .
