First Chickens

Here is Emma, the gorgeous 17 month old daughter of my good friend Melissa. It's her first time seeing chickens - we took her out this morning to Willowbank to meet the animals. Her favourite hobby is feeding ducks, so we branched out a bit today.

Modelling the hat Mum knitted for her! It was hard to get her to look up at the camera because her attention was focused elsewhere....

She found them fascinating.

Shame I missed it. Any other animals take her fancy?

We did watch the eels, they were being fed by toddlers! And Emma is fond of ponies, sheep, bunnies and can say 'llama'. She has an unrequited love for the peacock.
