We've had a quiet weekend with less than wonderful weather sorting things out, but we did manage another journey into the city centre, and enjoy the continuing Busker Festival...
This is Dub FX - a fantastic Ausralian artist who just uses his mic and a recording deck to remarkable effect - have a look at his video here:
There were even buskers on the tram!
We did do some cultural things too - this is Ernest Rutherford's old lecture theatre from his days in Canterbury College, University of New Zealand (now the University of Canterbury), before he went on to split the atom and do all sorts of cool physics stuff and ended up running the Cambridge physics laboratoy at the Cavendish.

aaron and i loved loved the busker festival. it was so much fun. there was a duo from japan that was HILARIOUS.
