A jackpot of British animal pubs this weekend... Here are the Eagle, the Swan, and the Elephant & Castle in Amersham.
..And this is the White Lion in Great Missenden, due to re-open in Spring (hopefully with a freshly painted sign with a White Lion!).

Nice! By now, you must have a nice collection of animals and pubs already! Has anybody out there compiled a book on that subject matter already?
I think I have about 10. I was a bit picky, I usually only collect the pubs with cute signs as well! Plenty more to collect. I don't know if anyone's done a formal collection before, but wouldn't be surprised.
