It's snowing again in London but I feel for those who are affected by the Victorian bushfires in Australia... My friends Pen and Pip from Melbourne have some tips on how you can help out. This little fellow in the photo has been making the rounds in the e-mail inboxes of my Aussie colleagues. Koalas are usually pretty shy and reserved creatures who live in trees, so they are getting desperate for some relief from the heat now!
